Double Stitch Italian Full-Grain Leather Belt

I received the belts that ordered in a timely fashion. The quality was as I expected. But I had trouble with one of the belts and also found that the size I ordered fit larger than expected. Upon contacting them, they replaced the damaged belt and sent the one each of the next size down of the three that ordered so that I could see which fit best and simply return the others. There were no questions asked and the process was flawless.
