I've also contacted customer service to return another belt purchase and they were great to reply and resolve the issue easily.

There are so many fake leather belts on the market today, replicas so good I was fooled before. There are no quality belts for under $50.Only buy leather belts from North America from reputable companies. Buy quality that lasts a life-time.
